Current projects – our neurodiversity training package
Alternative Voices Theatre Company now deliver a neurodiversity training package for employers.
we provide six sessions, one per month focusing on upskilling people in Neurodiversity Audits, Quiet spaces and Sensory spaces, Access riders, and education.
Thanks to arts council england, we are able to deliver this project throughout 2025/2026.

The reason it was a significant milestone for me is because it was the first performance I had been in AFTER being diagnosed. So, it was my first performance, knowing I was a neurodiverse actor. I got in touch with them through Open Theatre Company, who told me about the auditions. I found the play to be an extremely educational experience, and it helped me understand myself a little more.
